Troubleshooting LinkedIn Posting Issues

Having Trouble Posting to LinkedIn? If you're seeing an error while trying to publish a post to LinkedIn through Radar, don't worry. In most cases, the issue is caused by an expired browser session, cached browser data, or a temporary interruption in the connection between Radar and LinkedIn. These issues are usually quick to resolve. Step 1: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies Cached browser data can sometimes interfere with the connection between Radar and LinkedIn. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies removes outdated session information and often resolves the issue. Step 2: Refresh Your Browser Once you've cleared your cache and cookies, refresh your browser and sign back into Radar if prompted. Step 3: Check Your LinkedIn Connection If the issue continues, verify that your LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Page is still connected to Radar. Occasionally, LinkedIn authorization tokens expire or permissions change, requiring the account to be reconnected before new posts can be published. Step 4: Try Publishing Again Once you've completed the steps above, try publishing your post again. In most cases, the connection is restored and your post should publish successfully. Still Having Trouble? If you're still unable to publish your post, our team is happy to help. Please email dataoffice@radar108.com with a brief description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot of the error message and let us know whether you're trying to publish to a personal LinkedIn profile or a LinkedIn Page. This will help us troubleshoot the issue more quickly. We'll work with you to get you back to publishing as soon as possible.
