In 1937, Wakefield was baking cookies but ran out of baker's chocolate. Out of curiosity, she instead used semi-sweet chocolate as she correctly guessed that it would work just like baker's chocolate. Enjoy the day with some storebought or homemade chocolate chip cookies and pour a glass of milk. </div></div></div>
