About Snap Racing: Snap Racing is a dynamic and competitive racing team based out of India, committed to excellence on and off the track. Our team participates in various racing events nationally and internationally, striving for top performance and innovation in the racing world. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to lead and manage our racing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing brand promotion, day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires regular travel to various racing events and locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Promotion: * Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Snap Racing. * Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with fans and followers. * Collaborate with sponsors, partners, and media to promote the team and its activities. * Organize promotional events and appearances to boost the team’s profile. 2. Day-to-Day Management: * Oversee the daily operations of the racing team, including scheduling, logistics, and team coordination. * Ensure the team’s compliance with racing regulations and standards. * Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with technical staff and engineers to ensure optimal performance of vehicles. 3. Customer Service: * Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. * Enhance customer experience through effective communication and support. * Collect and analyze feedback to improve services and satisfaction. 4. Travel Management: * Plan and manage travel arrangements for the team, including accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning. * Ensure the team is well-prepared and on schedule for all racing events. * Represent Snap Racing at various national and international events, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications: * Proven experience in team management, preferably in the motorsport or related industry. * Strong understanding of marketing and brand promotion strategies. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong leadership and communication abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools. Preferred: * Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in customer service and public relations. * Familiarity with the motorsport industry and racing events.
