Job description:
We are looking for an energetic Social Media expert to manage the online presence of AO Tax. You will be responsible for engaging and responding to requests from followers, customers, patrons and dissidents alike. If you have an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing.
Roles And Responsibilities
Moderation -
Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
Answer all queries pertaining to the post.
Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the company.
Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal teams.
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
Reporting – Provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through new initiatives.
What Do You Need (Desired Skills)
2 to 4 years of industry experience with minimum of 4- 6 years of experience working with key social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Quora, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ability to analyse data from the various platforms, derive insights and incorporate them in your daily work.
Provide superlative people management, mentorship and retention of the team members.
Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills.
Very high attention to detail.
Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
