We are hiring SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for one of our clients, a global consumer electronics giant for their Hyderabad office on a 6 month contract. Responsibilities : Act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors projects. Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy- in of proposed solutions with client project team. Assist in gathering business requirements. Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design. Guide clients through decision making and HR process design. Configure SuccessFactors components spanning Annual merit cycle and variable pay planning supporting global clients Prepare documentation and training materials as needed. Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations. Requirements: Must be experienced in Annual merit cycle and variable pay planning Should have strong experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations).
