We are looking to hire a Country Head for AJV Global Services, a leading Immigration services firm based out of New Zealand. The incumbent is required to manage and build on the existing team of higher education and immigration experts of AJV Global and also manage the franchise operations across India. Responsibilities Build and manage a strategic team of education and immigration experts for AJV’s various client destinations including the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals Build, develop and manage a franchise network across major and Tier-2 cities in India. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes. Requirements At least 10 years of experience and proven success in a senior managerial role Strong background and experience in the immigration services or overseas education industries Experience managing franchises across India Strong decision-making ability. Any candidates with prior consular experience are highly preferred This is a work from home opportunity but the candidate is required to travel as per business demands.
