If so, we’re looking for you. We are looking for a fantastic account manager who can help build meaningful long-lasting relationships with top brands from all over the world. Skills: ? TL:DR - Turn clients into fans. ? Communicate with clients to understand their needs and work with the internal team to make sure their expectations are met (and exceeded!) ? External and internal stakeholder management / communication and reporting to show business value ? Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities ? Fight client fires like a pro ? Maintain accurate deliverables records, keeping track of any invoicing, contract updates and renewals ? Do all of this - while staying within budget! Qualifications: ? Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level ? Love for marketing, writing, and good design ? Prior experience as an account manager or client servicing executive mandatory ? Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
