Who We Are Looking For
We are on a hunt to find a Social Media Coordinator who wakes up in the morning and makes people laugh by creating funny reels. It’s all right if he/she isn’t good at counting calories but must be great at counting followers at ease. Someone who speaks the language of memes and is highest in the room when it comes to increasing the reach. Someone who understands the client's social media account just the way a mother would understand her kid and would give it all to nourish it.

Here's What You'll Be Up To
1) Strategise and create monthly social media calendars for various social media accounts
2) Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
3) Ability to treat social media feed like the curation of an art gallery
4) Work closely with the design team to execute the concepts.
5) To create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
6) Weekly social media reporting of all the accounts.

1) 2-3 years of hands-on experience of managing social media accounts
2) Self-starting, hardworking, ambitious, and bright individual
3) A strong understanding of the social media space
4) Personally motivated to do the best possible job
5) Ability to engage/interact with an audience
6) An eye for design and aesthetic
7) Ability to create compelling content
8) Ability to predict trends as well as acknowledge them
9) Excellent presentation skills, both written and deliverance
10) Familiar with Hashtag research, SEO, keyword research, and google analytics
