We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for a Hyderabad based education tech startup.
Our client, a co-educational platform, that works towards enabling and nurturing entrepreneurial ecosystems in school and colleges for the skill development of students to face the challenges at various stages in their lives. With a humble beginning of influencing a couple dozens of students at schools and colleges, our organization has transformed into a network of 5000+ people, having a mix of students, teachers, academicians, entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Should promote and manage all student attraction and recruitment activity, ensuring a high level of conversion to fulfil targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures
Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
• Developing solid relationships between clients and the company.
• Resolving client issues and complaints.
• Managing communication between clients and internal teams.
• B2B and B2C sales.
• Conducting workshops and demos.
• Organize marketing events at schools and other institutions
• Perform the entire product cycle (obtain POC, promotions, MoU signing, payment recording, reviews)
• Responsible for payment recording. Introduce the company's initiatives (MEO, SPS) to potential customers.
• Highly prefer candidates with current or recent experience in the education sector.
