Content Marketer:
About This Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and curious marketer who can add strength to the Product Marketing function at Klenty. If you are a person who is passionate about SaaS products and love to communicate with the audience about both the “why” and the “how” of a product with a unique style of storytelling then you will thrive in this role.
As a Product Marketer, you will be focused on amplifying our product story to reach our audience - Sales reps, VP sales, and Sales Directors on a global scale. As we are also moving from a single product to a multi-product company the role will have significant growth opportunities, so this is a perfect time to join our product marketing team and make a real difference to the future of Klenty.
Responsibilities:
Define our positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market to support all our marketing campaigns
You should plan the launch of all new features and new products. This includes defining the value proposition, messaging, and orchestrating the creation of new collateral and assets
Foster a deep understanding of our products, how they work, how they compare to competitors, and the areas of opportunity
Work closely with the customer success team to identify customers who have a good use for the product and set up interviews with them to create case-studies
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop all the sales enablement content like sales decks, battle cards, etc that support the selling process of our products
Produce all the content related to product features - blogs, video scripts, landing pages, etc to drive engagement and raise the credibility
Influence the GTM strategy by working closely with the paid marketing, growth, and sales teams
Should be able to review the work done by junior product marketers and provide feedback. Also, liaise with the marketing operations team to get all the metrics for the product marketing initiatives
Skills required:
Should have at least 0 -2 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing or marketing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Should have a very good understanding of all the product marketing concepts like Positioning, ICPs, Buyer Personas and Value Proposition. Has been involved in creating the positioning framework for at least 1 B2B product.
Has excellent attention to detail and can create concise, compelling messaging for different audiences.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable engaging with customers and colleagues
Have the ability to create compelling and professional product marketing collateral like blogs, videos, landing pages, etc, and craft compelling marketing messages
Is results-oriented and skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Works autonomously in a startup environment and cross-functionally to influence leadership, align stakeholders, and execute strategies to hit business objectives.
Encourages experimentation and risk-taking to drive constant evolution and improvement
Challenges the status quo, takes initiative, and is proactive in identifying and solving problems
Is adaptable and strives for excellence in everything they do
Is highly organized and adheres to strict time deadlines
Has a keen interest in tech products and the latest developments in the world of technology
