Based out of Sterling, VA with an operations center in Hyderabad, India, AO Tax has successfully filed over 300K tax returns for Indian IT professionals in USA in the past 18 years. Job Title : Client Relationship Officer Associate Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing Experience : 1-4 yrs in customer service and Sales ( voice process preferable ) Work Location : Remote. Candidates can be based anywhere across India but should have required infrastructure available (laptop/desktop/broadband internet). Working Shift/Days : Nightshift (US Hours)/6 days week Job Type : 6 months contract (full-time conversion for the right candidates) Skills Required: Outbound sales, Customer service, excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, good phone etiquette, Convincing skills . Roles & Responsibilities: Pre-season activities Act as an ambassador for the business, and promote AO tax services. Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided and work closely with the Manager and team to ensure leads are generated . Connect with existing and potential customers to generate leads . Convert the calls to new business leads and achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided. Inform potential client's on the company’s products and services and gather relevant information. To use company databases gain potential leads and be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times. To deal with telephone queries and build relationships with clients. Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values. To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are maintained. To assist with other departments as required. On-season activities • Will handle end-to-end customer lifecycle, starting from onboarding customer to getting his taxes filed along with managing client concerns and complaints in a professional manner. • Collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to client on timely basis. • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals. • Manage inbound calls and provide first call resolution to customers and resolve their queries. • Demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills at all times. • Committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure. • Engage and build relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or chat • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Identifying ways to overcome client’s objections and concerns • Ensuring that the correct information is given to client • Interact with existing customers and assist them in tax filing needs. • Gather required documents and provide appropriate advice to clients for their taxes. • Accurately verifying tax documents and coordinating with internal teams in getting tax returns prepared, explained and filed for the client. • Reply and respond to customer in timely manner. • Negotiate with customer on invoice. • Ownership of end-to-end client servicing and experience. • Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales and service targets/ metrics consistently. · Flexible to work in required shifts and teams like inbound, Outbound, support teams as per company requirement.
