Establish the brand as a thought leader in menstrual healthcare by collaborating with influencers, celebrities & publishers to create highly engaging content.
RESEARCH - Scout influencers talent pool with right fitment to the brand
SELECTION - On-board influencers, A+ celebrity, publishers basis campaigns objective
NEGOTIATIONS - Conduct contract negotiations for short or long term engagements
BRIEF - Conceptualize campaigns, provide creative inputs to celebrities, influencers, publishers
CONTENT - Integrate brand story with content creators' story to amplify brand reach on multiple media channels
ANALYZE campaigns performance to ascertain returns on advertising spends [ROAS]
NETWORK - Build affinity with influencers community to increase brand advocacy
Candidature requirements :
- 3+ years of influencer marketing, celebrity management experience [mandatory]
- Proven track record of direct engagement with women influencers, celebrity, publishers [mandatory]
- Must have existing influencer network based on work experience with influencer agencies
- Strong relationship building mind-set with focus on content development
